If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact our colleague, because there are special materials that haven't been posted on the website. The available diameters can vary for each material (0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.8 mm is available for almost all materials). There are also materials and diameters that are only available in coil form (Aluminum wires - all DIM L70 alloys and the smallest diameters for all alloys: Ø 0.07, Ø 0.1 and Ø 0.15 mm), the others 333 mm rod and coil packaging both available. Wires with / blank are also available in uncoated = bare form!

Beyond steel grades, generally applicable,
cold and hot suction,
very good properties with nitrided steels,
acid resistant, edge stable.
It cannot be thermally hardened, it cannot be chromium-plated, it cannot be etched, it can be delayed EDM, it can be mirror-polished.
Hardenable with punch, pressure and artificial aging to 40 HRC.
Recommended application
